Watch your PCI bus |

The card is great, but beware of one thing. After much playing and testing with various servers I found: even though the card is physically a universal pci card (meaning it will run in a 5 volt or 3.3 volt pci slot) it appears not to be so electronically. Be sure your pci slot is 5 volt not 3.3 before purchasing. A 5 volt slot has the key towards the front of the machine, the 3.3 is on the rearward side of the slot.
Other than that caveat, the card seems great.

Great Video Capture - Easy to Install |

This video card was a no fuss, easy to install option. The team at bluecherry.net were very helpful. Got a question, just ask. They respond really quickly with actually helpful information. A great company to do business with. The video card works like a charm, using Linux (SUSE 10.1) with zoneminder. This card provides true life video capture.

This card works well with the Zoneminder software under linux. Any setup troubles that we have had have been dealt with very quickly by the Bluecherry support staff. A faster machine and good disk speed is a big help with this card. It's nice to deal with a hardware supplier that doesn't say "linux? What's that?".
