Works with VISEC! August 17, 2007
Reviewer: Anonymous person from Eastern Shore of VA, United States
I bought this card hoping it would work with VISEC software for windows.  VISEC sells a capture card for $299, and are tight-lipped about compatibility with other cards.

The first machine I installed this on kept rebooting.  This isn't the fault of the card, since it works in my second computer perfectly.  (The first machine is full of bells and whistles...I think it was a drain on my power supply that caused the reboots)

I was a little disappointed that the size of the image was 320x240, but then again I was using a regular video capture card (designed for digital video production).

I'm currently only using 2/4 of the input ports without any problem.

Card works just fine with ZoneMinder under Suse 10.1.  Prompt shipping at a good price and goods well packed.

This card works well with the Zoneminder software under linux. Any setup troubles that we have had have been dealt with very quickly by the Bluecherry support staff. It's nice to deal with a hardware supplier that doesn't say "linux? What's that?".

I first would like to say THANK YOU!!!

We are doing some stuff with this card that is unbelievable.

We are currently capturing full screen 1024x768 at 720x480 and this card is pulling it off.

This card is DirectX9 compatible and can be used for capturing and streaming windows media stuff.

We have tested with Windows Media 9 and there does not seem to be any problems.

NOTE: You may have to get your hands on better drivers or write your own.(we may write our own).

    I appreciate all you've done.
