OUR NEW SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION
In order to keep our software licenses affordable we now offer a Bluecherry yearly support subscription. This is recommended for customers who need priority support or have large camera deployments. Customers who purchase a Bluecherry subscription receive priority email support (usually answered in 2 hours), live chat support and phone support along with our support on the community forums. Customers who purchase the support subscription will receive 50% off future Bluecherry major release cycles (version 3, version 4, etc).
Pricing for the yearly subscription is below and can be purchased online.

8 port – $90
12 port – $130
16 port – $165
24 port – $250
32 port – $330
Why are we charging for support?
Our developers like to get paid, and we’d sure like to continue to offer enhancements to the software. In order to keep our support staff working hard and put our developers working on development we decided to extend the support options for our software.
WHAT THINGS ARE COVERED IN THE SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION?
We’ll cover the following:
- Issues with the Bluecherry software (client, driver or server) will receive priority support and you’ll work directly with developers to resolve the issue.
- Assistance with adding storage devices
- Assistance with adding cameras
- Installation of the server software
- Assistance with adding email notifications, SMTP servers, etc
We can’t cover basic system administrative issues such as diagnosing a non-Bluecherry server, networking issues (VPN, etc), disk drive issues, or things that require on-site service (installation of cameras, fixing a non-booting server, etc)
