While Bluecherry encourages open source software development Bluecherry does not provide support for configuring or trouble shooting third party / open source applications (Zoneminder / Motion). These programs are free, come with no warranty and are community supported. For support please read our article on basic troubleshooting and/or refer to Zoneminder forums.
Due to a limitation in the way Windows handles this card’s driver only four video channels can be accessed / viewed.
Windows drivers for this card will work only on 32-bit Windows systems.
Bluecherry has developed it’s own Linux (Ubuntu) based application based around it’s hardware compression video cards. Information about this product can be found on www.bluecherrydvr.com or our online store. Bluecherry fully supports it’s software by email, phone and web forums.
